    I purchased a sleep sack from Nested Bean on 4/30/2025. I opened it, saw that it was too small, and immediately put it back in the box. I returned the item within **************************************************** their return policy. The company emailed me stating they couldnt refund my money bc the packaging was ripped and the sleep sack was washed. I DID NOT wash the item. I opened the item, bc that was the only way to see the sizing. There is no statement in the return policy that the package cant be opened. I feel that that are unfairly withholding my refund based on the FALSE information that it was washed.

    We placed an order for two sleep sacks from Nested Bean on 10/16/24. On 10/23 our package was delivered in a large brown box that contained one sleep slack and a fleece blanket. We never ordered a fleece blanket and don't know where it came from so we reached out to Nested Bean notifying them of the error. After continuous emails and providing them with the requested photographs they stated that they're unable to replace the blanket since its not part of their inventory. Our request is not that they replace the blanket but that they provide us with the product we purchased to begin with.
