      I can't even get into my account because their authorization codes take so long to get to my email address (likely doing these manually or something) that they've already timed out. **************** is terrible; they're completely unreachable. It's actually remarkable they're allowed to remain a financial institution.

      Horrible app with limited usage and constant crashes. You can't even see your account number in app. I was constantly ignored in branch, and their rates are mediocre. There is no reason for anyone in MA to use this bank. The only silver lining is pretty good loan rates.

      This place is the worst place that you could even put your HSA in. My coworkers have had nothing but problems and all together we are missing around 7 grand. The customer service is terrible from the long wait time to literally no one having a clue about anything that is going on.

      A little while ago, the app. stopped working right. When I asked the bank when it woud be fixed, they didn't know. About 3 MONTHS later, it was working. They said they would tell me when it was fixed. They didn't. I messaged them on their FB page to ask why, and I was blockex. Now, the app. doesn't work again. I called c/s, but all they do is say uninstall the app. I did that ladt time, and it made things worse. I called the bank rep. who deals with this, but he takes days to get back to me. I've had this account for over 30 years, and I deserve better service thn this. I think it's time to find a bank who values and provides customer service, because I'm not getting it here.

      Hi *****, I would like to reflect our side of the story in this response to your repeated complaints for the same issue with your phone. As we have explained to you on several occasions verbally and in writing, this is a technological glitch with our vendor that hosts our mobile app and it only affects a certain type of Android phone which you happen to have. As you know, you can access your account information but in order to do so you must enter a code each time. I understand that is not ideal, is inconvenient and even frustrating to you as a user and valued customer. Unfortunately, as we have informed you several times, the fix for this is outside of the banks control. Trust me, if we could fix this immediately we would. I appreciate the fact that you are a customer of the bank, especially for 30 years. We are truly sorry that you are experiencing this issue and we have sent you a gift card as an apology for your inconvenience. Truthfully at this point I do not know what else we can do for you and I do not understand what you are trying to achieve by repeatedly posting your dissatisfaction on various web sites. We have kept you informed and responded to you each and every time you asked us to. The issue is still not resolved with our vendor and unfortunately I do not have a firm date as to when to it will be. If you would like to open a new account with a new bank as you indicated then I understand and I wish you well.       I received a letter from ***************************** State Comptroller stating I had forgotten money from medical internship at NY ********************* in Brooklyn. Letter linked to a website to claim these funds. Requested a check. Instead I received a debit card opened in my name (which I did not request or complete) that had no funds. **************** is a joke if/when you can get hold of them. No response to e-mails.Avidia claims someone opened an account in my name months ago which was obviously not me. Something very nefarious about this institution. I am now going to contact ********************************* office over this very questionable practice.

      **** on our HSA team followed up with this customer. The account was opened by her employer as part of her HSA benefit. We will be closing out this complaint.
