    Total disappointment. MINUS 5 stars if I could. They return me a scanner that WAS NOT mine, mine got sent to someone else. I was told my scanner wasn't a p25unable to download. It ws1040 digital trunking how can you not be able to download software. The 2nd time they return me ANOTHER scanner which was CHEAPER BRAND than mine or 1st one they sent. " they Could of atleast download software" for there continuously mistakes...top it off they kept my lithium batteries which ain't cheap. Filed a complaint n going 3 months no reply from them. Worst n rude customer service. I Highly NOT recommend them for anything.to anyone ever.

    I live in ************** and have purchased Items from Scanner Master several times. I have never had issues with any of my purchases. Before any purchase is made make sure you read carefully what is and is not included in the purchase price. I have seen to many times the purchaser does not have full knowledge of the product. The newer scanners are much more involved that scanners of the past. I have been involved with scanners for over 50 years and have tried to keep up with the changes. I would give 6 stars if possible....
