I took my company pick up truck in for tires and a PCV repair, found that the turbo needed replaced in my truck. The shop said they could replace it. I purchased a new turbo and took it to them. Almost a week later this shop tells me they can’t replace it even though they had my truck in pieces. They charged me to have it towed to another place because it couldn’t be driven and my tire bill for a total of $1678.53. But at the new shop, the bill is almost $5000 to clean up the mess from Wallace trying to get my turbo out. The manifold gasket is bent, that is $600, they had to purchase new studs, where the manifold meets the turbo is scuffed from their mechanic prying on it $75.00. They charged me to clean the oil up off the bottom of the motor $100 and labor of $1400 as of now. When my truck arrived at new mechanic shop on the rollback, my window was down, there was oil all over the place coming from the turbo, my wheel well covers were thrown in the back seat, parts thrown in the front seat. When I called Wallace about the issues and was trying to talk with the lady, the mechanic was in the background saying he put it all back together like it was and the other shop did all the damage. I have plenty of pictures of it sitting on Wallace’s rollback that say different.

THE PAYMENT ******* ***** IS TRYING NOT TO PAY HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE WORK. THE 1523.98 IS FOR 4 LT275/65R18 TOYO OPEN COUNTRY MT TIRES THAT HE WANTED US TO ORDER FOR HIM.  YES WE TOLD HIM WE WOULD LOOK AT HIS TRUCK HE WAS TOLD THAT THE TURBO WAS BAD AND WAS ALSO INFORMED PARTS HE NEEDED (HE HAD GOTTEN THE PARTS HIMSELF AND BROUGHT TO US). ******* HIMSELF ALSO TOLD AFTER WE LOOKED AT IT THAT THE TURBO COULD NOT BE TAKEN OUT OF THE TOP. UNLESS THE MANIFOLD WAS TAKEN APART, MY MECHANIC WORKED ON HIS TRUCK FOR OVER 5 HOURS FOR WHICH HE WAS NOT CHARGED FOR. ALL WE ASKED HIM TO DO IS PAY FOR THE TIRES.  I MYSELF HAS TRIED TO CONTACT HIM, HE DOES NOT RETURN  MY CALLS. I DID SPEAK WITH HIM ONCE,  HIS RESPONSE WAS HE HAD BEEN ILL, I WISHED HIM WELL AND SINCE THEN HE HAS NOT ANSWERED MINE, NOR MY ASSOCIATES CALLS.  IF ******* DOES NOT PAY FOR THE TIRES WE DO HAVE THE RIGHT TO GO GET THE TIRES.  WE NORMALLY DO  NOT CHARGE THINGS, BUT SINCE HE WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A FRIEND  AND HAD LOST HIS WALLET THE MECHANIC AND I AGREED THAT HE WOULD  COME BACK TO PAY.  ( GUESS I WAS WRONG)..   I CAN AND WILL PRESS CHARGES IF HE DOES NOT PAY FOR THE TIRES. WE TRY TO DO GOOD BY OUR CUSTOMERS, THAT IS THE REASON WE DID NOT CHARGE FOR THE WORK THAT WAS PERFORMED . THE TOTAL I PUT ON THIS IS MINUS THE TOW. WE CAN DO THAT

    Complaint: ********
I am rejecting this response because:

Ihave never stated I would not pay my tire bill. Please reread the complaint and the review. If you would like to be nasty, I will be nasty. I will be at the Franklin County Court House in the morning and will be filing in small claims court as YOUR MECHANIC damaged more parts on my commercial vehicle. Have you even asked what damages were done? Do you know what damage was done? How about almost $3,000! Not including paperwork that blew out the window when YOUR tow driver towed it with the window down!

We will see you in court!
    Sincerely,
    ******* *****
