    Pet was not groomed according to my request. His hair was cut way shorter than I requested and his face is cut so short it looks like he has mange. The man I spoke to at the time I picked up ******* (my pet) was very rude and would not listen to my disapproval of how my dog looked. He pushed me off to whom he said groomed *******, one on his employees by the name of *************After repeat appeals for a refund, I left as I was getting more and more upset. With the various lies both he and his employee attempted to present as a reason for having to cut ******* so short. First lie being his paws were matted, then his legs were, followed by his was very playful and difficult to groom because he is a puppy and doesn't know better yet. Not to mention ************ was to be completed by 12:30 in the afternoon. Yet he was not ready for pickup until almost 2 pm.
