I'm not sure of the exact day I began speaking with this company, but we started talking about procedures and payments in November of 2021. I was quoted a price of $9500 with no interest. I paid $5000 up front, and a seperate $500 for anesthesia. Since then, they have auto-drafted $192 /mo for the past 35 months ($6720). In total, thats $12,270. A difference of $2770. When I try to call, it either goes to voicemail or to a call center. I've tried emailing them, but haven't heard back. It has taken me a very long time to get my credit score to where it is, but I think I should stop this never-ending monthly payment, and risk taking a hit on my credit reports. If you can help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

    Hello,

First and foremost we would like to apologize for this happening. We take full responsibility for not stopping Mr. ****** draft that should have ended in November 2023.  We strongly apologize that it was not removed.  I would like to know the number that was used where he was trying to be reach us at along with what email address because we would have for sure replied and ended this as soon as he communicated with us.  His case total was $9600.00 and he paid $5000.00 down.  The balance set up on the draft was 4600.00 and he made a total of 36 payment totaling $6912.00 that is $2312.00 more than his balance owed.  The draft has been stopped and I will be reaching out to Mr. ***** to get his refund to him.  I attached a file showing a statement of what the charges were that occurred.  The IV sedation was $550.00 which was an additional charge and also paid on an the day of the actual surgery when IV was administered.  We apologize again for this happening we definitely would never purposely continue a draft that needed to be stopped.

    Thank you,

    *****

I was just checking with y'all, if there is anything else that I need to do. The response from them was that were going to contact me, but I haven't heard anything or received anything or been reimbursed, except for the response letter, as of yet. I'm not sure how the process works, or if they have a time frame.

They never got in contact with me, but they did mail a refund check. Unfortunately, Barksdale FCU would not accept it, due to lack of funds.

We have reached out to Mr. ***** and just did an ACH Transfer for the amount of the check and the fee he has incurred for this.
