    On August 5th 2025, ****** responded to my inquiry about his business through text. I was inquiring about spell work. He initially started off with a price of $450, and then more and more money kept being added. He would say that it was the last step of the process, and then turn around and add more money. Each step of the way, he assured me that all the money I was sending would be sent back. I started to get suspicious because the amount of money wasn't making sense. August 16th 2025 was when I got fed up and told him that I don't trust what he's doing anymore and that he needs to refund me my money like he originally promised. He refused and requested more money to be sent in order "finish the work" and for me to get my full refund. I told him I'm not sending another dime. The amount he agreed to send back was $11,850. In the beginning he seemed genuine, but I realize now that he is a con man. Till this day he is still refusing to send my money back. For about 2 weeks he would keep calling and texting me so we can work something out. I just kept telling him I want my money back. He even threatened me after I left a negative ****** review and got his Cashapp account closed. I eventually blocked him on Whatsapp. My biggest regret is letting the emotion of my situation cloud my judgement. He completely took advantage of me. I figured out that the address he has listed on ****** is actually registered to a business called *********************. If you look up their name on ******, you'll see that address is actually theirs. I also found info about the owner of the location as well. I used a website to find out where the domain of his website is located and it was linked to *******. At this point, I don't think this "******" even operates in the **. I reported his ****** page, because it is fraudulent. Hopefully ****** does the right thing and takes it down so that no one else with falls victim to his horrible scam again.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Voodoo and Magic regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    They messaged me from their WhatsApp number and were threatening me. They dont want to refund the money I am rightfully owed and are upset that I wrote them a negative review on their ****** page. They are running a complete scam and are not a real business.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    I am not satisfied because the business owner is blatantly lying. I have attached a screenshot of his ******** page that includes the same WhatsApp number he was contacting me from. This number is the primary way he communicates. On top of that, not only does he not reside at the address in *********** that he originally claimed, he does not even reside in ***************** at all. The ** address of the phone numbers he uses pings to *****. This matter will be further escalated if he does not refund my money.

    This company kept asking for more and more money and promised to send it all back for work to be done. He continued to stall and the work was not done and when i told him we can cancel he refuse to give the money back

    The work was to remove hoodoo off a family member. After sending over more than 6 payments i found out that he was a con artist and he kept requesting more money and not fulfilling the service that was guaranteed. He kept saying he will send all of the money back but when asked for a full refund he requested more money in order to give a refund.
