      Today I essentially donated money to this company. I purchased two brand new Key FOB and contacted them to program them. The technician came to my work when I wasn't there and told my employee that both were programmed and he collected $210 from her. When I got to work only one worked and the other did not. I contacted them and the only response they would give me is that since it wasn't their key FOB they wouldn't warranty the service. A warranty on this would be assuming that it worked to begin with which it is not working so your technician did not in fact do what he was hired and paid to do. The technician prior to leaving did not demonstrate that they in fact worked. He simply handed her the keys, told her they worked, collected his money and left.
