  There is a customer service phone line number, it is answered by a real person. REMOVED took my call and resolved my issues quickly and professionally. Most sites don’t have a phone number for help, they depend on text or email which delays getting answers. Again thanks to REMOVED I was able to get my issues resolved.

  Easy to sign up. However the buttons in the emails for photo upload and to go to portal did not work on my Mac. I was able to get to my portal by going to the website. I am waiting for the products to arrive and the training instructions. I will review again when I am in process.

  I had a great experience! I received a letter for 2 pets. The process was quick and done within a day. The provider was able to speak with me the same day. I received the letter within the hour, and my dogs personalized tag came a few days later. I did not receive one for my cat, but thats ok. I will be ordering additional supplies at a later time. Overall, great experience and Ive already recommended US Service Animals to others.

  Explained to them I would be leaving the state of PA to move to IA. Was never told my letter wouldn't be legal in Iowa if I got it in PA. They took $700 from me and make every excuse not to refund you.

  We want to assure you that you were not charged $700. While the provider you previously worked with may not be able to issue documentation for Iowa, we do have providers who can assist clients in Iowa. State requirements call for an established provider-client relationship of at least 30 days before an ESA approval letter can be issued.
