      "At the end of May 2025 we bought a Chevy Captiva from Jean Corey Auto sales in Leesville Louisiana when we brought it home we realized that if you put it in park you could not get your keys out so you had to to get all the way in a different thing go back up to Park and then you could get your keys out what we thought it was a one-time thing and it wasn't. We called and made an appointment with the shop and they scheduled us for August 4th 2025 to have it looked at come to find out the shifter was broken and they had to order a new one the new one was installed on August 13th 2025 and on August 18th 2025 the shifter got stuck in reverse at a gas station and my 78-year-old father had to walk home from said gas station." ...
