As all mechanical products, they wear out and will need replaced, we specialize in upgrades that fit individual unique needs, 2 stage & variable speed units are preferred replacements, as units do not always require maximum cooling rate, if unit runs to short of time humidity reduction is not achieved, and comfort to high to be comfortable.
shifting to lower stage will allow unit to run longer and achieve lower humidity, making more comfortable at a higher temperature, saving on utilities.
