    I am submitting this complaint on behalf of and with the permission of our patient, *************************. She has been trying to get her stair lift device repaired for over a month. It was installed and maintained by Stairlifts of Louisiana a few years ago and she mentioned having a few problems with the device and the customer service but nothing like this current issue. ************** is disabled, and uses a motorized wheelchair due a lower right leg amputation. Since her stairlift has been broken she has not been able to leave her home, as needed, to buy groceries and other household items. She stated she feels trapped and is concerned about being able to access, at least, food. Any assistance you can provide with getting her stairlift repaired quickly will be greatly appreciated.      To Whom It May **************** First we would like to apologize for the confusion.  We have been working with ***************** now for a few  years.  We have been to her home several times since she has become one of our customers.  There have been a few issues with her repairs and with the communication between ***************** and our company.  We have serviced and repaired her equipment on multiple occasions without incident.   After the last visit ***************** needed several parts replaced, however, we are at the mercy of the distributors and their timing.   We are contacting ***************** at this time to try and set up a time that she is available.  Please feel free to contact us back if you have any more questions or concerns.
