Complaint about Augustino Brothers, Inc. and ***** ******* I hired Augustino Brothers, Inc., specifically ***** *******, to replace my roof in January 2021 after hurricane Zeta. I initially chose them due to their positive reviews and A+ rating on the Better Business Bureau. ***** replaced two roofs for meone on my main residence and another on a rental property. My main roof cost $21,000.During the first job, I pointed out concerns about the flashing between the house and an adjoining section that had leaked during the storm. ***** assured me this was addressed, and the invoice stated that the flashing had been replaced. However, after hurricane ********, we experienced significant leaks at the same flashing point, causing damage inside the house. There was also a leak from the chimney flashing, affecting a second-floor closet.When ***** came to inspect the damage, he suggested that cracks in the brick mortar caused the leak, but I disagreed, as those cracks had existed without issue for years. He informed me that the workmanship warranty was voided by storms and became defensive when I asked why the flashing failed after only three years. Although he promised to send me an estimate for repairs, I have yet to receive one.I hired another roofer, who confirmed the flashing failure and discovered that the plywood near the chimney was rotted and should have been replaced during the original job. This additional repair cost could have been avoided if the work had been done properly the first time. Overall, I am dissatisfied with the workmanship and customer service provided by ***** ******* and Augustino Brothers, Inc.

Mrs. ************************ has committed libel, slander and has defamed me and Augustino Brothers, Inc. My lawyers are reviewing her contract, and her warranty ( Expired Warranty) to determine the best course of action to take against the LaBiche's.
