    I am very disappointed with the services that I received at Red River Chevrolet. I brought my vehicle in because my engine light was on, and OnStar informed me of what diagnostic code to give them. I was told that it was the valve that needed fixing on my vehicle possibly the actuators. I paid the $827.00, and drove home with the vehicle. Later that night I drove the vehicle, and the engine light came back on again. I completed the survey they sent me, and I followed up with a call to let them no that my car was doing the exact same thing. The representative Dusty informed me that maybe it was the actuators, and that would be an additional cost of $1200.00 for the part, and labor. I paid for a valve I did not need, and the dealership ask me to pay for a diagnostic in order to pin point the problem. I contacted GM, and I informed the dealership that I felt like I was scammed because on my receipt it showed they charged me the same price twice. The exact price of the diagnostic cost. Then they wanted to charge me double for labor when they should have fixed the problem the first time. They had my vehicle for 6 days including the weekend. They didn't even offer me a loaner car. GM was not able to help me. They ask me to talk with the dealership to see if they would reimburse me any of my money back. The dealership has not offered me any money back. They would not acknowledge that I paid for something that did not need to be fixed in the first place. I will not be taking my car back to that dealership.

    I call wanted to bring My car in to get something done to it they got my information got my number told me they was going to return my call never did very disappointed.
