    Pemba provided great support during the initial sale and installation. Their post sale support has been outstanding. I have had a very positive experience with the automated shades they installed. I needed some windows replaced and Pemba was extremely helpful in removing the shades (as well as my valances which they didn't even install) and reinstalling them so I could complete the window install. They are a first class organization with excellent customer service.
