      McDonalds #26202 - 3009 Hwy 190, Hammond, LA. On 6/6/2023 between approximately 3:40 PM and 4:15 PM. Absolutely unacceptable staff, service, speed, and restaurant. Money paid, but order never delivered. My order (720) was not ever delivered in the appx. 30 minutes I stood around after placing it at the kiosk. All the staff did was bicker about schedules and talk bad about customers. 6 employees on the line and at the pass with no progress. The kiosk did not even print a receipt because it was out of paper. My order was 720 - I do remember that. 2 McDoubles, Medium Fries, and a Large Unsweet tea. 6 people in the back and no food arriving to customers in lobby. But wait, a different customer placed an order after me and behold, all food delivered in 10 minutes, specially made hot and fresh and this one customer was tended to personally because she knew the staff. Also, there was a girl wearing a safety vest running her mouth to customers telling us "they can wait if they want their food." Wasn't able to get a name because she hid in the back and had no tag. Same other customer comes back in because order is wrong, again specially attended to while 10 other people waiting in the lobby on orders already placed, but NOTHING is coming out. I paid almost 11 dollars for food that never came out. What am I supposed to do - wait 1 hour for food? Staff starts running their mouth disrespectfully to customers waiting who already paid. Someone asks to check on an order, and they will ignore you or mouth of to you with disrespect. Especially employee with the safety vest, who thinks she can just tell customers if you want your food you can wait for it patiently, after waiting 30 mins.

      I want safety vest girl addressed. I want manager addressed for special service and only service given to a friend while no one else received anything in same time. I want restaurant owner contacted. I want answers as to why this restaurant stole my money. I couldn't even get a refund.

      No response from business

      Charges were disputed with bank. Credit was issued. No call or contact from franchise or owner was received. They do not care. At all.
