    "Demco installed a new transformer at my apartment complex and in the process almost lit the building I live in on fire with almost every unit filled on a Saturday afternoon. We were out of power for ~48 hours while they tried to figure out who to blame for the issue; I could hear the electricians for one of their contractors talking as they entered my unit to check the electrical panel that night around 9 PM or so." ...
