    Horrible service they towed a car I had just purchased hours after I purchased it. The cars body work was in perfect condition when I got the car back it was wrecked. When I picked the car up it was wedged in between two cars so it wasn’t as noticeable. When I got out and did a walk around the car I noticed the tow company had wreck my vehicle. I called the tow lot to ask how this could have happened the manager HOLLY immediately got irate on the phone saying it’s not on the tow company they didn’t do it it was wrecked when they picked it up but had no definitive proof refuse to show me any pictures or anything to collaborate her story.

    The owner of this towing "company", Zack, stalked my friend and I and illegally towed her car. This happened to at least 10 other people the same night. He claimed to have contracts with the restaurants he towed from but was
    unable to produce a legitimate copy or a DOT number. No one called him to tow my friends car, he just took it. His tow trucks were unmarked and had expired plates. There were no tow away signs with his "company" name or phone number in the area. My friend and I had to stand in a drive through line with vehicles to attempt to figure out where her car was. This is not a legitimate business and uses unethical/predatory tactics to find cars to tow. The place of business has no signs either. He used his truck to barricade the fence to prevent anyone in the lot from being able to leave unless they paid him the fee he demanded. He told another victim of this scam that he would not tow their
    car, and then proceeded to tow it anyway. The police had to get involved so that my friend and I (and everyone else who he was attempting to scam) could leave. This person should not be allowed to run any kind of businesses.
