      Paid $165.00 to diagnose issue. Was told it was board. Wanted to charge additional $640.00. Part was $75.00. Employee told me I could save myself some money and put on myself. It was simple plug and play. So I did. Same issue with unit. Hubbard mechanical wanted to charge me another $165.00 to reexamine unit. Because they did not put board on. I told them to bring out another board, install but when unit issue is the same then dont charge me over $500 for miss diagnosis. They said they would only eat cost of board but labor applied. They accused me of working on unit. I explained I just trouble shot to try and discover issue until it got outside my scope. They were not willing to bring out new board, install and except that they miss diagnosis issue. They wanted to charge another $165.00. They wanted $565.00 to install a plug and play board that took 10 minutes to install. Even the employee said you can save yourself some money and install yourself. He called parts place to insure they would sell to customers. Miss diagnosis and will not come back to re-examine unit. I offered to let them bring out board and install but when unit issue does not change then dont charge me for your miss diagnosis. They refused to except responsibility for their mistakes. I do not recommend using this company. Is says “honest “ on side of truck. NOT TRUE NOT TRUSTWORTHY

      They were fantastic, the fixed my HVAC system when I was expecting to have to replace the entire thing. All that was need was a simple part replaced and it was back up and running. The fact that they could have charged me an arm and a leg by replacing the entire unit but didn't, speaks volumes.
