    October 2022 I purchase a vehicle from Rocky’s auto sales. It was a ford flex.
    I paid them 1800 for the vehicle. We have referred two other ppl to them bringing business. I haven’t had the vehicle a full month. I had to file a police report. My personal items was in the car along with contract from them for the car. They got someone to come pick the vehicle up. Didn’t notify me they had the car. None of my personal items were received. They lied and said they just got the car I guess from an auction when they really took it from me and didn’t give me ample mount of time to make a payment. The owner is always gone or nobody is there I can talk to. I would just like a refund from my purchase plus my personal items such as clothes phone wallet kids toys clothes game system ect. It’s been 5 months and Nothing was replaced or done about it. Just want refund and something done about my missing items.

    The customers car was repossessed on 10/24/2022 due to failure to pay their first payment. When a vehicle is repossessed the customer has 10 business days to pay their past due balance and/or pick up their belongings. After 10 business days the vehicle goes back up for sale and the remaining items are thrown away. This customer came to our lot after they were repossessed and got belongings out of their vehicle on 2 different occasions. So it was our understanding they got everything they wanted out of the vehicle when they were here.  After 14 business days the vehicle went back up for sale and the remaining belongings were thrown away.  A letter was mailed to the customer advising the policy as well. 

    Also, the customer came back to our lot 2 weeks ago and we sold her another vehicle. We discussed this issue and she explained it was a misunderstanding.

    I had purchased a car from *****’s they had suppose to fix my transmission and asked me to pay 1700 back for them fixing the transmission. Well I got the car in 2 days the transmission started slipping and now it’s gone out and they not trying to fix the situation or put me in a new car and not the car payments onto the new car. I have asked for so many options and now my job is on the line bc of transportation

    Rocky's did send her vehicle to a mechanic and got a transmission put in the vehicle.  Rocky's Auto Sales paid for the transmission as well as the brake work that she asked to be done. She signed an agreement that she would pay for the work done by 3/16/2023 with her tax refund. She began calling about 10 days ago and said she was having an issue with the transmission. Our salesman *** spoke with her and was going to send a tow truck to pick it up so they could look at the vehicle. She said she would call back. Then after several days passed she called back again. I spoke with her and told her we would get it towed in so the vehicle could be checked out. She said she couldn't be without a vehicle and she would call back in the morning. She never called. We can't help with the vehicle if the customer isn't willing to let us get it in here to look at it. The tracker in the vehicle also shows that the vehicle has been driving all over. ***** wanted to get the vehicle in promptly to prevent any further damage.

    I am rejecting this response because: *** AND ******* SAID THEY WAS GOING TO CALL ME BACK THEY NEVER NOT ONCE CALLED ME BACK . IF THE TRACKER IS SHOWING THAT ITS BEEN DRIVING PLEASE TELL ME WHERE TO BECAUSE IT DON’T WORK AS WELL WHEN I ASKED ******* WHY CAN’T ***** JUST GIVE ME A DIFFERENT CAR SHE SAID “BECAUSE ALL OF OUT CARS DO NOT WORK” . THE STUPID CAR STARTED SKIPPING AND JUMPING 3 DAYS AFTER I GOT IT LETS KEEP THAT REAL. I CALLED BACK AS SOON AS IT STARTED AND *** SAID HE HAD TO TALK TO ***** NOBODY NEVER CALLED ME BACK SO YEAH I TOLD THEM I CAN’T BE WITHOUT A CAR BECAUSE I CAN’T! HOW DO THEY EXPECT TO GET PAID AND THEY GAVE ME BROKEN CAR THATS NOT FIXED. ITS A WHOLE CRACK IN THE TRANSMISSION NOTHING BUT FLUID COMES POURING OUT . THEY NEVER CALLED ME TO FIX THE SITUATION BUT THEY WANNA CALL ABOUT SOME MONEY FIX THE PROBLEM FIRST OR GIVE ME ALL OF MY MONEY BACK ON THIS CAR
