    I hired the company to repair my roof. My roof still leaks after the repairs. When I contacted the company, I was told I need a new roof.

    We sent you a repair estimate on 10/22/21. That proposal is attached. We did not hear anything back from you until the wind storms in March 2023. We came out to measure the roof and upon my inspections the roof was well past the end of its service life. We recommended you to replace the roof. I sent you a roof replacement estimate on 3/27/2023. That proposal is attached. Three days later you mailed us the 2021 repair proposal signed. I contacted you upon receiving that signed proposal making sure you wanted the gutters and new passive vents instead of the new roof. You said you did not want a new roof. Again, I tried to persuade the new roof because of the roofs condition. There was never any mention of roof leaks. In September 2023 we came to install new gutters and passive vents. While we were installing the passive vents I went ahead and installed new 3-tab shingles at missing areas on the front and rear slopes at no charge. After our repairs were complete, we sent you your invoice. We did not receive payment within 30 days so we called to check on payment status. You refused to pay because you said the roof was now leaking. Again, this was the first mention of a roof leak. I mentioned to you again our previous conversations, and that the roof was needing replacement. You said you would think about it and get back in touch with me. We have left you voicemails and mailed letters regarding your unpaid invoice, with you responding to none of our efforts. I have uploaded all our documentation and if you would like to discuss, you can call us back.

    I am rejecting this response because: The customer stated that she has recently experienced leaks in different areas of the roof.  The customer requests that the business reach out to her and arrange to come out and assess her roof.
