1 starHi I am sorry to file a complaint but yesterday I was treated very poorly at Texas roundhouse in gateway west in El Paso Texas about 2 pm. So we came in and I made a reservation through the website to join the waitlist. One of the host came and sat us on a table of 4 and our party was 5. But they offered us a chair and my family was having a good time, until the manager came and told my dad please get out to the chair because you are not letting the servers go through you can sit on the boot. I demanded a big table and the manager kept arguing that we were 4 and I even told her I got the reservation for 5. She never made an attempt to change the table she didn’t made an apology to treat us with respect to get out of the chair. I kept seeing she was busy and talking to the servers and talking about us. Never have they treat me so bad and I understand I am a manager too and is very stressful but I never treat my patients in any way, and I work in the hospital the life of the patients are in my hands. Please I need an apology and with all the bad time they made us pass we left a iPad and I won’t go back because I don’t want to have a bad moment again. So bad please the managers have to go to classes again. At least for moral and respect. 2 starsI am only leaving 2 stars because our waitress was very nice. We visited the one in Chesterfield Virginia off of Kroger blvd July 17. When we first arrived I noticed a trash can outside the door full of trash and a doggy bed laying on the outside floor of the trash can. Then I noticed the glass doors were full of fingerprints. Mind you we went as soon as they opened up. Once I entered the first set of doors all I could smell was foul urine. When we entered the second set of doors the smell of urine got worse. I could not stomach the smell. I then proceeded to tell the manager that I smelled piss everywhere. I then asked them if they entered thru that front entrance for work because im sure they had no idea. They said they do not come thru the front door. She then stated she would take care of it. The hostess proceeded to seat us but as I was walking towards our table. You can tell th as the place was not cleaned. The floors were a mess. So no one swept or cleaned prior to opening. That means that they left the place in filth at closing. I did eat the food and usually I dont have issues with the food. And our waitress was friendly. Other than that the environment was absolutely smelly and dirty. Haven't seen it that way before.Texas Roadhouse

1 starI wish I could give zero stars. We came for a nice lunch and ordered hundreds of dollars' worth of food. As the table filled up, we tried to make space by stacking our own dishes and putting a few pieces of leftover bread into a bag.
That’s when our waitress came over and publicly accused us, saying, “You don’t need to steal the bread; I can bring as many as you need.”
To be accused of STEALING bread after spending a significant amount of money is not just insulting; it's profoundly humiliating. The accusation was baseless, classless, and frankly, we couldn't help but feel we were being targeted and discriminated against because we are Asian. This waitress's arrogance and prejudice completely ruined our evening. We were made to feel like criminals, and we will never return. We will be sure to warn our friends and family away from an establishment that treats its paying customers with such contempt.Texas Roadhouse

1 starI visited Texas Roadhouse in Middletown, NY on 7/10/25. My husband and I were seated in a booth in the bar section. We ordered a meal and I ordered a cup of coffee. I finished the coffee and ordered a second cup. We received our meal and I didn't get the second cup of coffee until I was finished with my meal. My husband also didn't get his second drink until he was finished with his meal. The waitress was a poor server. She also didn't check with us during the meal if everything was ok.Texas Roadhouse

2 starsI ordered online to pick up an order. I ordered a full rack of ribs and some sides.
My ribs, first of all seems to have come from a miniature. They was burned, hard meat and charred like they had charcoal cooked in it. My order wasn’t on time, and they sent me a text saying they could find me, although I was in the curb side lot and no one actually came out while I was there. I never seen a rack of ribs that small in my life, especially since I paid over $22.00 for themTexas Roadhouse

1 starI went to Texas Roadhouse on 6/16/25, while we waiting to order, we noticed a roach crawling all over our booth. My daughter was trying to sit in the table because it was going all over and was scared. Once the waiter came, we informed him of the situation and got rid of it. The waiter was very apologetic and nice to us, once we notified him that we no longer wanted to dine in. He said he was contacting his manager to comp our drinks since we had barely received them and hadn’t drink them. I want to thank the waiter for being nice and trying to do the right thing. Once, the manager came to us. She was very nonchalant stating we requested a manager, I went ahead and stated the issue. She said she will contact the pest control and since there nothing else said, I did stated I just want to leave even if I have to pay the drinks. Which, I paid for the drinks and left with my family. I hope you this place does get pest control and fix their roach issue. To the waiter thank you for being kind and understanding.Texas Roadhouse

1 starI made a order to go .I got home my chicken fried steak was nothing but burnt crust. And the ribs were so over cooked they were like jerky. I told them about it. I sent pictures proving it. And nothing. They just didn't care. I've been eating there for over twenty years. I see now how they treat loyal customers. I'll never go back, I do hope you never go back, yes sooner or later this is where happen to you I'm not going to give me nothing better to take some moneyTexas Roadhouse

1 starThe food was awful tasted spoiled and overcooked. My friend treated me to dinner. I told her I could not eat the food. Had a funny taste and smell. Shortly afterwards I felt sick. Threw up the next morning. After leaving the restaurant I was unable to eat or drink without feeling nauseous. I am currently trying to find out if I have food poisoning. 1 starI was directed to leave the restaurant by the owner because the owner told me I called my server "it". I never called my server "it". The assistant manager came to my table to berate and scold me, then she went to get the owner who came to my table to do the same. Again, I never called my server "it". A runner told the management that I had when in fact I had not. I was treated poorly. This was a a horrible experience. This was at the Boynton Beach location.Texas Roadhouse
