  Justin's crew of painters were very professional and thorough. They came in and removed wall paper and border, painted all the walls (including closets), doors, window sills, and woodwork. They even cleaned and sealed cracks in the shower tiles, and hung a new light fixture for me. They did all this in just 3 1/2 days and at a very reasonable price. They cleaned up when the job was complete. I would highly recommend Bright Strokes for all you painting needs.

  Negative 1000 stars. Justin took money from us, delayed the projects the. 6 months in stated ohh we need more money to finish the project. He rips people off, had no clue what he is doing. We referred him to multiple people and he did the sane to them. Says not in scope and upcharges. Steer clear of this company. He has multiple lawsuits going and that will now include us. Never finishes a project and terrible work.

  Everyone is entitled to an opinion.  

  Once your property was dismantled and more problems were found all damages were recorded and emails were sent. Your words were let’s get that siding up. We rebuilt the structure and did as requested. All images were delivered through this entire process. We have folders and documents for each step of the way.

  Our next steps were to attain a passed inspection for the state inspector for framing. Again, all damages were documented and emailed. We were instructred to move forward. We rebuilt the base structure framing and subfloor as required to attain a passed framing inspection. You now have a rebuilt structure ready for final which requires additional funds to finish. I understand you are upset about the outcome of your investment. This is a fault of no one.

  You referred and your clients hired other unsatisfactory professionals to work on multiple units on this same street which were flagged with "Stop work orders" from the state due to poor performance, inadequate inspections, illegal working processes and/or procedures.

  BrightStrokes does not provide faulty work. All communications were delivered and work was completed as requested. 

  You have violated multiple laws which will be suited out in the courts as we proceed.

  This Business is not reliable, took our money , house not finished items we paid for not delivered. Not qualified to do contracting work. Started this nightmare July 23, now Nov 13 it is still continuing, we don’t think he is coming back, hasn’t been in our house since Oct 6 Text is only contact , these are met with sarcastic responses. No matter how many contractors you get bids from , do your homework make sure They are a real business and not dishonest. The quality was poor overall. The plumber was the only professional, his work was great. John & Linda D.

  Update to my review- how is it my deck is chipping already and it’s only been a few weeks. The reason I was given was that my deck was old—no s***. That’s why I got it painted to revive it. Future clients beware
