      I opened a store years ago to create items for Crohn’s Disease Awareness and Melanoma awareness. Spent countless hours on designs. They made so much money on them and gave me only 5% sometimes not even that. After years went by with my balance at $23.60 just short of the $25 payout threshold I was upset to find they took it for an inactivity fee without ever contacting me or without my knowledge of that ever being a policy. A manger told me they’d make a one time acception and refund me. That was in June. It’s august. I never got the money. After talking to them three more times with disgusting responses and promises to contact me later that day never contacting me, the original manager finally said oops sorry I made a mistake my bad. Can’t give you your money back. I’m so sick from the whole experience I closed my account and took down my designs. I just can’t get over the unprofessional and horrible customer service.

      In 2019 my personal information was hacked in a data breach from cafe press and placed on the dark web. Since the data breach my information has been used to open cable accounts in three different states and I have been put in collections for outstanding debt from these accounts multiple times. Also multiple accounts have been opened in my name for credit cards. After reaching out to Cafe Press my response was met with “ your information has been deleted from our accounts.” This company never provided me with any free credit monitoring service and has never helped me in any way. In fact they waited months before even contacting customers to report the data breach to them. This was all found to be true by the FTC. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Thanks for nothing Cafe Press.

      Hi Kevin, When CafePress became aware of external media sources reporting that customer records had been compromised, CafePress discovered on August 6, 2019, that an unidentified third party obtained customer information, without authorization, that was contained in a CafePress database.       I ordered a shower curtain and when it arrived it was defective. I sent an email to CafePress Support and immediately got a response. I requested another shower curtain since I liked the design and one was shipped right away. Problems do occur and how things are handled and solved is what's important. Hats off to CafePress for being helpful, wanting customer satisfaction and making things right.

      First I had to go round and round to obtain a 40% discount...after all that I place the order then to be told two days later that my order was cancelled because they were out of product. Why then would they even accept my order? Totally disappointed once but forgiving...was told then that they would email me when the product was in stock. I went to the site to discover the product was back in stock but no one told me? I asked to place the order again, this time with "free shipping" for the previous nonsense, was granted however the question of 40% was to be asked, waited for a reply as 3 days passed only to find again that the product was out of stock. I quit. I initially thought I was dealing a normal operating business. Children must be running it. I don't even care for the hoodie sweatshirt anymore. All THIS, so I can get pushed around. Forget it. JIM

      I placed an order for a coffee mug and my credit card was stolen and someone tried to place a $2000.00 charge on my card. I won't be buying from Cafe Press ever again!

      Ordered two items for a family function and as anyone can see, the prices aren’t cheap. The item says it shipped from Kentucky via *** and it arrived in my city of Allen on December 8. I wrote their customer service dept and they said to wait a few more days and if it still didn’t arrive they could send the items again or if I wanted a refund I needed to make a brief explanation as to why. It is here the 15th and I ask for them to send a replacement, now the items are out of stock. I go to my local USPS and no one knows where it is and they say *** still is in possession. No one at *** knows where it is. USPS tracking says it’s still in Ohio but *** tracking says it’s in Allen, TX. What is this?!

      Thank you for your response as well as the refund but how did it get lost in transit when *** says it was sent to Allen, TX USPS on December 8 and USPS tracking still says it’s in Grove, OH as of December 5 and still wasn’t actually accepted by them? Your business apparently has a history of delaying shipment to meet the exact date specified in the projected arrival date and for these shipping mishaps to happen due to the intentional delay for the budget value shipping deal you have with UPS. Too many hands tossing purchases and systems tracking don’t match up. I apparently haven’t been the only one with this exact issue. If you do a little clicking online there’s a lot of customer’s who either received bogus tracking , non-receipt of items, or the exact issue I’ve had of irrational package locations. I personally went to *** and USPS in Allen, TX and the package wasn’t at either and no one had any idea where it was as they never received it. So one has to wonder if the item was indeed shipped and why it just so happens to be unavailable now for re-shipment. I was responsible for logistics onboard two Navy Carriers, Truman and IKE, and had to be responsible for all sorts of crucial aircraft parts and ordering other crucial components. Never have I ever had an issue like this and it is totally unfathomable how something so simple couldn’t be carried out. You lost a customer (not that my business alone matters much) and I hope after others see the terrible job of production and delivery that they’ll think twice. Rectify your shipping and delivery. It’ll cost you a good deal of business in the end as the shipping and delivery are an extension to your business and a poor representation from where I’m viewing the situation.

      Cancelled an order but they pushed through and shipped it anyway. The whole experience just leaves a bad taste in your mouth. They also conveniently reply to your e-mails at the end of their work day so they don't have to deal with the customer the rest of the day.

      Zero(negative) star if I could give it. I paid $65+ for shower curtain, waited 2 weeks for delivery, and got a white curtain instead. I'm so disappointed. They use DHL for delivery, difficult to track (unlike FedEX, UPS, or USPS). I do wish to go through the same disappointing experience, total waste of time, energy, and expectation . DO NOT trust them to deliver what they promise, fuming!!!!

      They said my purchase of bumper sticker SCOTTISH LIVES MATTER violated their policy , they refunded my money to Paypal, stated basically that Scottish Lives Don't matter to them.

      Not true and you know it. Your email to me stated because it was too close to Black Lives Matter . BLM has no copyright on phrase Scottish Lives Matter,furthermore ***** ***** larger than you has already printed and shipped
