1 starSeek now was used on my home contracted through S**** **** with rep Aaron H********* assessing the damage done to my house. Aaron said to my contractor and I “ I was unable to get on the backside of the roof because i didn’t have my proper boots.” The main hail damage was done to the back side where the storms came through. Aaron went ahead and submitted his report that there wasn’t enough damage to get the roof replaced. What are we doing here? If seek now can’t perform a full and proper inspection but still submit a report that there wasnt enough damage to replace or repair isn’t that considered fraud? My contractor was standing right next to me when we told us he couldn’t examine the back side and I also got it on video. Aaron H********* submitted a false, inaccurate report and needs to be held accountable. Seek now needs to be held accountable.Review fromGeorge P

1 starI'm from the Cleveland, Ohio area. I had a seeknow inspector out to my home via an insurance claim to inspect and document damage. My contractor on sight mentioned that the SeekNow inspector doesn't believe a storm hit my property and told my contractor that the claim was being shot down. My question regarding this is "Why is a bipartisan inspector offering his opinions on whether or not a storm touched my property?" I thought these inspectors jobs were to document damage, not track the weather and decide if a claim is denied or not. That being said, as the inspector let me know he was all wrapped up I asked if he'd found any damage. He told me "Yes, you have some damage up there but I don't think you've had a storm in this area." Again, I thought their job was to document damage, not give their 2 cents on if a storm happened on MY property. Claim was denied and my insurance company refused to pass along the report put together by that inspector. All in all, absolutely terrible company. They pander to the insurance companies, lie to your face, try to play adjuster and are overall very shady inspectors. Must be why every major insurance carrier utilizes their service. 1 starLike many below I have had a similar experience. The adjuster provided by seek now, for Nationwide, walked our roof along side our roofing contractor, documented damage said yep plenty of damage. But when they filed with Nationwide it was said No Damage, denied.Review fromDustin B

An absolutely terrible company. I am an adjuster, and I have to say, it is really disappointing that so many insurance companies are using this company now. The staff that run it are so unprofessional. They do not answer the phone, long wait times to reach customer service that never seem to end, technicians not showing up to their scheduled roof inspection and then rescheduling it a week or more later, the accounting team taking days and days to send an invoice in order for us to bill for our insurance file. Just an awful company. Just a big waiting and hoping game with this company.SeekNow Inc.

So apparently my insurance company uses these people to come do the inspections. I live in Oklahoma so we are always having to file claims due to weather. I had filed a claim for damage to my home and I couldn’t believe it when my phone rang on a holiday that unless you save lives you should not be working on. When I asked why they were calling me especially on a holiday the representative told me they work 365 days a year. That is completely unethical for you to have people working on Thanksgiving and Christmas. I told the representative that I know he was only doing his job but to not call me on a holiday. Holidays are family time and people do not want to be away from their families on those days and consumers do not want people calling them while they are trying to spend time with family. I feel sorry for their employees. I never wanna do business with anyone who doesn’t believe in family time. I really hope that the company does what’s right because every employee I have spoken with or dealt with there are great. Some companies don’t know what they have until it’s gone and believe me if you don’t treat your employees right they will leave.SeekNow Inc.

I was at a roof inspection while an employee of SeekNow named "Kave" was inspecting the roof for a Traveler's adjuster. Subjectively, Kave did not do his job of identifying damage well. The adjuster on the claim came onto the first story of the roof and agreed with me about several hail hits in Kave's test square that was marked with zero damage. Beyond not doing his job well, he was extremely unprofessional. Kave told the adjuster he would be emailing his photo report to him, and I told the adjuster I would be emailing photos as well since Kave hadn't documented any damage. Kave responded by saying "Do whatever you have to. The next time I see your truck out on a jobsite and there's a dog in it (my dog came with me to the inspection), I'm going to break out every ******* window of your truck." He stated this in front of the adjuster, the homeowner, and the homeowner's three children all under the age of 10. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable behavior from one of your employees and I would like to know how you intend to address it since he threatened damage to my property.SeekNow Inc.

Seek Now works as a contracted consultant for State Farm adjusters when there is damage. The Seek Now consultant comes out, tells the home owner that there is damage but then denies the claim. Both Seek Now and State Farm, refuse to share written details and pictures they take of the homeowner's property. My recommendation, is do not use this company. This is a bait and switch vendor and together with Insurance companies - defraud the policy owner and this just results in increased premiumsSeekNow Inc.
