    We had been under the impression that a corporate vendor was overseeing our IT network to discover it was not under contract and was a hodgepodge of various components installed at different times by different vendors, along with different systems sharing the same IP addresses. Andrew came in, reviewed our system and suggested replacing various old switches and components. This type of project is always fraught with concern due to the various problems that can present. Andrew installed the new equipment on a Friday and monitored the system remotely over the weekend. When problems came up over the weekend he came back at no additional charge to correct and also met me at the building at 7:00am Monday morning to make sure all systems were working.
    Smart Life went above and beyond my expectations and has earned my loyalty. Great cost effective IT solutions.
