      Purchased a TV Stand that was defective upon receipt. Tried multiple times to contact this manufacturer to no avail. Impossible to contact a live person for manufacturers warranty issues. I give this company a complete "F" in customer service.

      Hillsdale Furniture is not consumer friendly and has unethical practices around defective merchandise, with no recourse to receive replacement parts. Their customer service phone numbers do not allow you to speak to a live customer service agent. Their website is broken and there is no working order form to order a replacement part for a defective product. Emailing their customer service email address only resulted in receiving an auto reply that there is no recourse if a product is damaged. I would not have ordered the product had I known it was damaged or that there is essentially no available customer service.
