            We signed up with this business to monitor our credit, as well as a family member's. We made monthly payments on both accounts for roughly 18 months and 12 months, respectively. Starting in december, all communication fell off. We now cannot access the website or facebook page, or receive a response. They have sensitive personal financial information and had open suits on our behalf.

            I think the my be out of business. Calls not returned, cellular service voicemail full, then not full, but no return calls. Tried leaving text message, but never delivered, and all emails bounce back undeliverable. Perhaps the pandemic got the best of them. Otherwise, they were productive until their mysterious disappearance. Hope their well, but forced to move in.
