      I purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress expecting long-lasting quality and reliable warranty support. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The mattress developed noticeable indentations — close to one inch deep — which clearly affect comfort and support.
      When I submitted a warranty claim with detailed photos, it was denied, with the explanation that the indentation did not meet their 3/4" requirement, even though the issue is visibly worse in person. I requested an in-person inspection, but that was not offered.

      Do not buy Tempur Pedic brand. Bought a topper 3 years ago and they denied the warranty claim even though it was a defect.

      Long story short I bought 2 pillows, they're the most garbage worthless pillows I've ever tried. I've tried many. I did t even open one of them. It's still in the plastic bag. They offer zero returns or refunds. I'm amazed they're allowed to sell such a terrible product.

      Beware that their customer service will not help you. I bought 2 pillows and misunderstood what small means. Apparently it means almost flat, not small in size. Saw immediately that it was not what I was looking for. Never opened the plastic. They refuse to help me in any way. I lost $100 overnight

      Our mattress had a 1” dip in under 3 months and they claimed it was not eligible for warranty. We have the frame we were told to get but then they said its not the right one. This is also the most uncomfortable mattress we have EVER slept on and we have traveled a lot. Hotel and camper beds are more comfortable. Company is horrible to work with. We also wake up in tons of pain, with headaches, and extremely restless nights. Stay far away from their terrible mattresses.

      We bought a $7,000.00 Tempur-pedic bed in December 2024. Our first complaint about a malfunction in the vibration part was in early January 2025. One side of the split king did not work properly. We have had a repairman out 3 times attempting to evaluate and replace parts. He recommended a replacement on the power base. After we paid $192.00 for delivery for the new bases, which is under warranty, both sides malfunction.
      My only relief from them is to, yet again, replace the bases at another $192.00.
      Their JP Morgan #1 rating for customer service is a complete lie. You have to go through so much just to file a claim! Only to find out they just want another $192.00 to fix their inferior product that is under warranty for over 2 more years!
      Prior to this, we had a S**** ****** bed for 18 years with not one issue.

      If there was less than 1 start, I would give it!! I understand that it says pillows are non returnable, but I paid $20 extra for cooling and it had none. I did not even unwrap it, and they refused to take it back!!! But, they take returns for mattresses?? That does not make any sense!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY ELSEWHERE!!! This compatible is a HUGE RIPOFF!!! VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER!!

      I purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress on June 15, 2016, along with a Tempur-Pedic brand mattress cover. After noticing a severe slope and failure on one side of the mattress, I submitted a warranty claim with all the required information, including detailed photos showing the defect.
      Despite meeting all their criteria, my claim was denied based on an alleged “stain” on the mattress. However, this claim is factually incorrect. The stain in question was on the mattress cover — which was purchased from Tempur-Pedic at the time of sale — not the mattress itself. This distinction was completely overlooked, and no further questions or clarifications were asked before denying my claim.
      This experience reveals several troubling points:
      • Tempur-Pedic does not appear to understand or properly assess their own products.
      • Warranty evaluations are rushed and dismissive, failing to consider facts or engage with customers in good faith.
      • Their warranty process appears designed to avoid payouts rather than uphold product quality.
      For a premium brand, this level of service and mismanagement is unacceptable. I am seeking full remedy, including a replacement mattress or pro-rated reimbursement. I also believe this should serve as a warning to other consumers: Tempur-Pedic’s warranties are not what they claim, and customer service does not stand behind their product quality.
