      "On 11/14/25 I took in my earrings to have flat backs put on them, (the has screw on backs) The sales associate was checking them in and there was two options to choose from to send them to the jeweler. One was the friction backs and she didn’t know if that was for flat backs so she asked the girl behind the desk (Lynn) That I wanted flat backs on my earrings should she choose friction Lynn said yes." ...
