    I went to the car wash on 2.18.25 at approximately 10:49am. While getting the deluxe package the technician hit the seat bracket at the bottom of my passenger seat and broke it. They left the seat all the way in the forward position and said nothing to me. Also they did not do a great job in general.

    I visited Classic Car Wash on 10/21 at 2:08 for a classic wash. The attendant asked me to put the car in neutral, which I did. However, the tires on the passenger side were squeaking until two people came and reset the machine. It turned out that the tires were stuck in the rails, which scratched the rims on the front and back (driver's side). I had a feeling something wasn't right, so after the car wash, I spoke to the attendant. He informed me that the owner was reviewing the camera footage. The manager/owner later told me that the footage was blurry and they couldn't see anything on the camera. He also mentioned that I had damaged my rims before coming to the car wash and refused to take responsibility for the incident. It was very upsetting to be accused of damaging my range rover rims and then being treated poorly. I have decided not to return to this car wash, but I hope my review will benefit others.

    After a thorough inspection of our equipment, we found no evidence to suggest that the marks are consistent with any of our machinery. All equipment was checked thoroughly after the complaint.  We also offered to walk the customer through the equipment for a closer look and show there is no equipment that could have caused the marks, which the customer chose to decline. As for the squeaking noise from the passenger wheels, we would like to clarify that there is no conveyor on the passenger side of the vehicle.

    Took my car to be washed today 5/28 at around 1:00. The rails or some part of their car wash damaged my rim and tire, I had the owner pull the video of me pulling into the car wash and there was no damage but he refused admit it and kept pointing to reflections and bird poop but the marks he was pointing to are not consistent with the actual damage. I would like for my rim/tire to be replaced.

    We have been in contact with the customer and came to an agreement on the complaint.  We thoroughly inspected the equipment again and cannot find any way the random marks could have been put on the wheel.  The customer seemed genuine though and we decided for good customer relations to replace the wheel for her at a cost of $607.41 to us. The customer has the check in hand.  This made the customer happy and brought an end to the complaint.

    On Wednesday, April 24, 2024 I took my car through the car wash and towards the end of the car wash the blowers blew off the hood scoop from my **** *******. It also tore the paint off of my hood. I brought it to the owners attention the managers were extremely rude, and the owner admitted to the blowers blowing off my hood scoop and damaging my paint. He told me to go get an estimate. I went got an estimate, brought it back to him, and he told me that he was not going to pay that that it was too much money and he expected it to only be around $100-$200 to fix Which is not true labor and parts. The estimate was a little over $900 and a two day process that I would be out of a car. He continued to tell me that my hood scoop blew off because the factory speed tape was not sticky anymore. when I tried to explain to him that there was nothing wrong with it and if that was the case, it would have blew off long before now. The blowers physically ripped Hood scoop, and the paint off of my car That’s hard the blowers were blowing. I’m not even asking for the hood to be painted because it also left large scratches all over my hood. I just want the paint repaired where it was pulled off of my hood and my hood scoop placed back on my hood. I don’t think that’s asking too much as he’s driving around a $200,000 ********.

    This was turned into our insurance company and they ruled that we were not negligent due to the hood scoop not being attached as the factory installed pieces.  The only thing securing the scoop to the hood was double sided tape that had deteriorated over time.
