    Untrustworthy, poor communication, terrible reliability and an inability to take responsibility with or without a court order.
    Had the unfortunate experience of working with Vance bc my contractor subcontracted them without my input. Finally settled with their insurance company after 3 yrs.
    They botched the job in nearly every measurable way established in the contract. Wrong color, dangerous steps, shoddy finish, uneven and un-level everything etc.
    Have a voicemail promising replacement yet I had to exercise my legal options since promises made weren’t kept.
    Fine for a basic step or landing, I’m sure, but, imo, clearly not a company one should trust for a major project if you anticipate it being completed on time, as expected or properly as according to the contract.
    Caveat emptor.
