Aarons is a dirty company. I have been with them for years and I never knew how they were to recently. They were always pressure me to get the Aarons club membership, it’s 1199 a month and it’s supposed to cover you if you’re unable to work it could pay your bills that you have with Aarons and if you paid off an account and something messes up within two years they have to replace it or fix it. when I finally got this and started paying on it each month because I heard nothing but positive things from the employees there of course that might even be told to say this stuff I don’t know but I do know that they did me dirty and what I mean by that is July 3 of this year I was admitted into the hospital with renal failure and I called the local errands and told them I cannot work I’m in the hospital and I’m gonna be out of work so they told me in order for me to start a claim they email me a copy of a form that I need to print out and have my doctor sign and get it back to them so they can open a claim. I did all this and I originally paperwork that they got my doctor put on that I could be released to go back to work was October 1st 2025, and she did tell me in the office that come October 1 I still might not be able to come back to work or go back to work and that she would let me know at that time and if she needed to she fill out another form so my claim can continue being paid for. Well come October Aaron start calling me every day a couple times a day and I finally answer the phone and told Devon that my doctor said I cannot go back to work and they write me another form so y’all can send it off to your claims department. Within an hour I get an email from the manager stating that I cannot open another claim which this is not open another claim this is a continuous of a claim that’s already open and then was told that they doubt they will accept this claim. They have called me every day between2-4 times daily. this ain’t the only thing that’s going on. Scammers
