    This homeowner has never reached out to us and we have never interacted with him. We deal with homeowners that do not wish to be on our mailing list on a daily basis. Our companies procedure is to collect a name and address to then add it to our "Do not mail List". When a homeowner reaches out to us and requests to be removed we immediately (without hesitation) add them to that list. If this homeowner would have just reached out to us then this could have been resolved easily. 

    I understand why this homeowner is upset, most companies do not have a "Do not mail" list, that means these homeowners are bombarded with mail on a weekly basis, but here at Pillar Home Buyers we do everything in our power to respect the privacy of homeowners. This homeowner has now bee removed from our mailing list so this will NOT happen again.

    I just had a call with this homeowner, we talked through it and It sounds like he is ok with everything after I explained it to him.
