    I hired ******* ***** at Finish Line Electric, Inc. in WaKeeney, Kansas to do a small 1 day job for me. He showed up to do the job and didn't even have the necessary tools, etc. to do the job. Then he CHARGED ME 1.2 HOURS for showing up and NOT DOING THE JOB. He came and went throughout the time that he was there saying that he needed to run to the shop for a tool or materials that he forgot to bring with him. I would slip out to check on him and half the time his trailer would be unhooked and he and his truck would be gone. Long story short, he bill me for 22.5 hours of labor for a 8 hour MAX job. He claims that it took him 7.48 hours to run a 10' long 120v line to my flagpole lights. I have been told by other electricians that was a 45 minute job. AVOID ******* ***** AND FINISH LINE ELECTRIC AT ALL COSTS! I received a $3,900 bill for him to run two lines approximately 10' long and change out a main breaker box. That is FRAUD in my opinion. I would give them ZERO STARS IF I COULD!
