    I received a notice on a bill I have no knowledge of. I have never heard of this company before and am receiving a bill for ******. This has to be someone who using my identity and would like this to look further into I don't have the funds to pay something I didn't even do.

    Received garnishment notice after receiving notice of satisfaction of judgement approximately 10 months prior. Unable to locate satisfaction of judgement paperwork, called *****************, they said they have no record that debt had been paid and if I couldn't produce the satisfaction of judgement paperwork I had to pay the full amount again. I paid in full with a cashiers check by certified mail, return receipt. As required in the garnishment notice I requested a hearing through the ***** County District Court. Hearing set for 10/07/2022 9:00 am, mailed the notice of hearing as required through certified mail, return receipt. I appeared at the district court and was informed by the court clerk that ***************** had filed a withdrawal of garnishment and hearing was cancelled. My employer never received this withdrawal of garnishment or satisfaction of judgement and has garnished my paycheck.

    They have used tactics to try and take money from me unlawfully and did not follow up on there end of the agreement. They want to garnish my wages but have failed to take the money from my debit card they had on file. They never called me once to talk about this. They need charged and have fully used unlawful tactics to take my money.
