I have various long term medical issues. It was overwhelming to think I would have to navigate the Medicare system. Fortunately, I happened upon The Medicare Coach program and researched the validity of the company. Extremely happy with them. Everything was explained clearly, both verbally and in writing. I received a customized recommendation based on my medical and prescription needs. The cost of prescriptions alone was very much worth the program cost. I have recommended this program to family and friends. Associates were polite, patient, and very helpful. The staff at The Medicare Coach have been extremely helpful and patient with transitioning my wife and me to the best Medicare plans for our specific needs. There is so much, almost too much, information out there that makes deciding what is best for us almost impossible. The Medicare Coach assigned us our own dedicated expert representative who took the time to learn about our medical and health situations before presenting multiple options with the pluses and minuses of each option. He then patiently helped us understand each option before walking us through the process of signing up and making sure everything was in place. Our rep has been with us for over three years now and continues to help us adjust our annual plans D and G based on the ever changing insurance options and our changing needs. Anyone trying to do this on their own, whether for themselves or a loved one, needs to use The Medicare Coach.The Medicare Coach

If you make the wrong choice in coverage you may not get a chance to change, but the Medicare Coach walked me through all my choices based on my current health care coverage and explained the pros and cons of each. They provided so much attention to my questions and I liked that ai could reach out at any time with any questions. I feel very secure in my choices. I highly recommend them.The Medicare Coach

They made the process so easy by asking questions regarding health issues, meds and determining the best coverage with the fairest prices for me. They did all the legwork and also made recommendations to change carriers since the monthly premium went up in 2025 from what we had discussed in the fall. They not only reviewed the costs but compared plan coverage, customer service and patient satisfaction. Every interaction I have had with Medicare Coach has been professional, yet friendly and very informative. Paid a lot of money and got an auto generated report (based on my profile). Didn't help at all. Just a "sorry, SOL I guess" Biggest waste of money. You can do just as much wasting of time on your own without a coach. Make sure if you don't like your 'coach' you do something about it. They get very busy so if they can ignore you, they will.The Medicare Coach

The Medicare Coach is an amazing company. Greg who did all the research for me did a great job. He enrolled me in my part D. Created my Medicare account. Contacted UHC for me. All I did was talk and answer questions for about an 1 1/2 hours overall .I used the concierge program which was best for me. No stress and no worry. Absolutely superb service. Investigation of the proper plan for me was thorough and timely. My coaches cut through the confusing proliferation of plans, took my needs and health history in mind, and delivered a wonderful recommendation. This was especially noteworthy in that I had to switch from a private health plan to Medicare somewhat quickly. Medicare Coach couldn't have been more accommodating.
