"HAD RICHARD COME OUT AND DO APPRAISAL FOR A TRUST COUNTY APPRAISED IT AT 220,000 THE FIRST THING HE SAID WAS THIS PLACE NEEDS A LOT OF WORK BUT HIS APPRAISAL COMES BACK AT $335,000 WHICH BEING A TRUST ANNUITIES AND STOCKS WERE INVOLVED WHICH ENDED UP COSTING ME ABOUT AT LEAST $100,000"
