They charged me $7500 to remove a lien from home when they were aware of my situation with my house. They were unwilling to prove why they did it that required them to demand $7500 from me. We have text and supposed phone conversations they say they have but never provided anything back up anything they were talking about. They are rude unprofessional crooks who will try to bully you to either get money from you or try to take your home. This bit of a long story and not enough characters to type it all. We had a legal binding agreement to purchase this house. She attempted to back out of the deal so a lien was placed her home. She paid us the fee for breaking the legal binding contract.
