5 starsI was impressed with the service provided by ******* from Full Nelson. The water company wasn't able to assist me with the repair of my leak in the basement. ******* and his team discovered a way to get the repair done without the support from the water company. Most importantly, the company completed the job more cost effective than a larger competitive company. I plan to utilize them again due to great service and cost savings I experienced.****************Full Nelson Services

5 starsIve used Full Nelson for a variety of issues after purchasing an older home recently. Everything from calling to the work being done has been great! This past weekend ***** helped us with a leak and he did a great job staying in contact with us about arrival time and explained what work needed to be done in an easy to understand way. ***** was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. 5 stars**** came out to locate the gas leak in the house. Located the leak in the gas fireplace, plus a leak in the basement for an old dryer connection. He turned off the gas to these locations. He then told us we would have to have a fireplace company come replace the valve connection in the fireplace. This connection in the fireplace was repaired on February 11, 2023 by your company when the previous owner still lived there. Said it was fixed?? If that is the case don't you offer a years warranty on your work??? We now today had to pay $249.00 to have this correctly fixed??? We just moved into this house this past weekend and have had the doors open moving in the furniture and such so didn't notice the gas smell until this morning when I walked into the house - gas small was STRONG. Called your company immediately.I don't know who the previous employee was on this job, but I can honestly say that **** was very mannerly, very knowledgeable of the situation and fixed it in no time. 5 starsI needed urgent toilet repair. I called after hours however decided to postpone repair until next morning. I was reassured that I would be contacted.They called at **** am to schedule appointment.Plumber was super friendly..on time. Explained situation.He arrived at noon. Toilet cleared by ****. Very reasonable rate I am so grateful for their service.I will use them in future.!Full Nelson Services

5 starsFull Nelson Plumbing has been *********** and HVAC contractor for years now. They were just about our only choice years ago to service our tankless hot water heater that went kaput right as we were headed out for a camping vacation. They went above and beyond getting everything done before we got back. And they have always been quick to respond in emergencies since then plus incredibly customer service oriented. The technicians are always very courteous and get the job done right. This last system inspection by ****** was just the same greatness as always - and he even put back all the junk I had to move to give him room to work. That was a pleasant surprise.
