  My request was that the deck be torn down and rebuilt to be totally maintenance free. The entire process was efficient and hassle-free. The sales rep, JD, came over to explain the process, brought samples and answered all my questions in an honest and professional way. ** also answered the phone and returned my calls even after the project was complete. I received the proposal electronically which was customizable to add or subtract certain features and the price would reflect the change. I also appreciated that I could make the payments online.Before the project was to start, the project manager (****) called with the start date and gave me his phone number in case I had any questions. **** also answered the phone when I reached out a few days later to check on something. The crew (***** and ****) that built the deck were professional, respectful of my property, hardworking and very pleasant. The result of their work was a beautiful, well-constructed deck. The surrounding landscape and rocks were returned to their original positions and my entire yard was clean of any construction debris. I am so impressed with the quality and the appearance of my new deck.

  We cannot say enough about our positive experience with All Weather Decks. Our project estimator RJ was fantastic. He was engaging, honest, not pushy and available to answer each and every question or concern we had. The All Weather Decks team took care of getting our permit and supplied us with the information we needed for our HOA. Our construction crew were the absolute best. They were friendly, efficient and cleaned up every last piece of construction debris. More importantly the produced a phenomenal deck. The looks exceeded our expectations. The price was right in line with other estimates we received and quite honestly, we believe a superior product. We will recommend All Weather Decks to anyone.

  From the time we contacted All Weather Decks through the completion of the project, everyone has been very professional and customer friendly. The response time to have someone come and review the project, provide a 3D rendering of the project, and cost, was quick and thorough. We were given an estimated timeline as to start of project and they were able to start it the projected week. The entire crew that actually did the demolition of the old deck and built the new one was here essentially every day, including weekends. No waiting around to see if someone would show up. If the weather permitted, they were here. The quality of build and thoroughness of detail has been amazing. We've had many neighbors ask to come and see the deck since they too were impressed with this company. Would definitely recommend AWD to anyone looking to build or rebuild their deck.
