They are an Amazing an Professional Com pany to work with you from beginning to end. From the Salesman who comes out to look at the Scope of Work to give you your Estimate to the ******* who run the Jobs and their Crews. Everything is Wonderful! The Clean Up was impeccable. I had some Speciality Work done that they hadn't done before and it was done far beyond any- thing I could of imagined! I had a Roof tear off and New Roof installed, Aluminum Siding removed and New Vinyl Siding ins- talked, Aluminum Awning removed and Roof extended out to Add New Awning, New Shudders added, Old Aluminum Sun Room removed, New Gutters Installed and New Handrails Installed! *********** was ************ was ********** who came out and worked with me tirelessly to make sure that I had every- thing I needed from the beginning to the end of work! ***** was Amazing he was the ******* who worked so diligently on my Roof / Awning and the Tear down of the Sun Room Job who's Crew was Amazing ??! ***** was Amazing he came to do the New Posts, Shudders, Trim, Handrails, and Trim around Garage Door. **** was Great he came and did my Gutters!

They are a scam company! Do not use them. They are not skilled whatsoever. We had to *** them to get our money back. We were lied to during the litigation process as well. We were sold, with contract, a quality metal roof. They installed a much (scientifically proven) cheaper roof which they installed incorrectly. They started with is talking the wrong roof but said wed get free gutters if we kept the wrong roof. A day later I called ****************** who no longer does business with them (the company whose metal was listed on our contract and whose brochures they gave to us). We had to pay over $40,000 to have their damage replaced. 100% scam company. ****** the owners name (he also has switched his name a few time) to see the mound of lawsuits against him and his scamming family.

You received multiple offers of reconciliation, non of which you wanted. I personally remember pleading with you to NOT go with another company but instead let us do the project at cost but you insisted which is likely how you may have exceeded additional cost as we could not have damaged anything further simply by installed the wrong brand of metal roof. With all of this said, I still offer my deepest condolences but also have our attorney working on this as when we gave you 100% refund of your money, I believe we both entered a mutual non disparagement agreement. I really don't know what else to say at this point but I do feel extremely confident that you were treated fairly. Please let us know if there is anything further we can do for you. The businesses response is not accurate. They offered to give us the roof we asked for originally for $30k, not the contract price we had for $17k. Which should have been the roof we requested. Your contractors completely ruined our gutters, removed them and never replaced them. This caused a leak in our basement from the downspouts being removed and water seeping along our house. We had to have ***************** repair our basement after it flooded because your workers removed our gutters and never replaced them. Also, why would we ever give you more money after finding all of the scams and lies!? We did *not* sign an NDA. We are allowed to share our story, give our reviews and tell anyone in the world what a scam of a company you are running. Our offers of reconcile were $1500 out of over $9,000 we paid you. You had an opportunity to be an honest business and decided time and time again to prove youre not trustworthy in any form. We hired a real roofing company who provided us the exact product we were quoted and did an excellent job. They were actual professionals. Unlike anyone I dealt with in your company. Save the pity for someone else. Please, never ever hire this company. They try to scare people into doing work with them. They threatened to *** US! If we didnt keep working with them. They made all sorts of completely false claims. Luckily we have an attorney on hand who quickly told us everything stated by ******* was absolute and utter BS.
