      We had Chad Hoehn concrete pour a pool deck for us last year. From day one it started cracking and had a wet spider appearance to it. I asked Chad about it he said it's normal and happens to all his concrete all the time. He said that it will go away. As the months went on it became worse and then started popping off the top cement. I contacted chad again and he said that there is nothing he can do, all of his concrete looks like that. I offered to remove the concrete and pay for new if he would just pour it. He refused. Chad ***** does not stand behind his work, after this incident I started asking around and found out I'm not the only person this has happened to and he refused fixing anyone's problems. One person I spoke with couldn't close the pool cover because it was so un-level, he said to them this was the best he could do. I recommend doing you homework Chad before you have him do anything at you home. Feel free to reach out to me if you want to talk or see what he did at my house. I also have a list of other people you can speak with that have had similar experiences
