5 starsVery simple to place order online. They let you know if a product is out of stock and when it should be available again. Shipping time was faster than I had expected. I ordered the Premier Luxe mattress and adjustable bedframe. Mattress has helped releveid my back pain and the motorized bedframe has helped with my sleep apnea/snoring. Mattress was very easy to setup while teh adjustable bed frame did require two people as it has to be built upside down and then flipped over. Frame seems very well built.

2 starsProducts are mid-quality,last about three years, brand is very lucrative and dishonest about their "10 year warranty", if you have defective coils in your bed and it is sagging, but the top of the mattress has minor cosmetic issues, they deny the claim of warranty and you're left with a saggy mattress, waiting for the day you can financially replace the poor investment in a mattress.DreamCloud

We do want to clarify that, as outlined in our warranty terms, certain types of stains or damage to the mattress surface can void the warranty. Even if there are structural concerns, such as coil defects. We understand this can be disappointing, but these guidelines are in place to ensure warranty claims are assessed fairly and consistently. 5 starsI like my new Dreamcloud mattress. It is very comfortable & helpful in getting a good night's sleep. Have always had innerspring mattresses, so initially was not sure about the foam part of the Dreamcloud. After a couple of nights sleep on it, I really like it. So glad I got it.DreamCloud
