    A main pipe on the roof of the 2-floor condo broke and damaged the walls and cabinets in my kitchen on the 1st floor. It took 6 months for INTEMPUS to fix the problem, but in the end they neglected to inspect another main pipe running from the top of the building and down to my 1st floor apartment. The pipe was later repair but the damage was done due to the length of time they took to realize about it. On top, they didn't responded my calls promising they will call back. Most of the communication was done via email. Months went by as if they try to discourage you from continuing the complain. The first ****** in charge of the issue was fired for ignoring the problem, by the ****** a result, I have to leave my mother with Alzheimer's in ********* where I reside to take care of her, travel to the **, lost my tenants and had to replace sheet rock and cabinets in the kitchen.

    We used to manage this property. Even after managing properties we always keep records and I have no record of this persons name in any of my data bases. Is there another name it could of possibly been under so I can view this report accurately. What were the dates of occupancy at the property as well?

    On 12/31/2024 about 11:45pm bullets came in my house from New Years Eve night one came through the ceiling and through my back window and on 01/02/2025 When my apartment office opened I called to let them know and they told me that they were not responsible for repairing the damage and I had to file an insurance claim and I have been here for a year and a half and they just refuse to fix anything I have complained so many times for different reasons, we have ***** infestations problems that they have not addressed and now I have a window that they refuse to fix.

    6/17/2024 Im writing this complaint on behalf of myself *********************** a tenant that lived in a intempus reality that just moved out 6/1/2024 I did not renew my lease because when I first signed my lease last year it have been a horror story I could not move in I had to wait two weeks because the apartment flooded and they had to replace the tub I finally moved in two weeks later the second day I was there the apartment flooded and everything got destroyed tbey came out to patch it up where it then flooded nervous times again the ceiling also fell in a week later the tubs sinks kept flooding leaving carpet messed up roaches took over had to come out and spray 5 times section 8 was aware and came out to inspect the unit I can go on & on about the property due to me moving out 6/1/24 they tried to charge me a next months rent witch we have proof we moved and they knew and signed off on it with section 8 we cleaned apartment and took pictures due to moving out where they trying to charge and rip me off 700 dollars this place is scamming and ripping people off and keeping there money

    Oct 30th 2023 .. I woke up to my dogs barking loud as can be .I get up and I start splashing threw water .. it was dirty water all across my apt pics are available..I contacted them from the number they have online ************ and there were no one able to come out at all so it was the next day 31st of Oct, 2023 almost 24hrd later they still haven't came by no call .. then I start getting like short of breath whatever was going on in the water was interfering with my ASTHMA I had get an ambulance to come take me to emergency room..almost couldn't breath.. while I was in there they call said they b by . I sent my sister there to let them in ..they only drained up the water and fix not one thing.. December comes around my toilet now it's not flushing correctly it keeps backing up threw the tub ughh they came and caulked around the toilet I guess was for nun from tht day on I been having issues with my water.. and they keep telling me there is none they can do.. January 19th **** water filled my entire apt ruin alot of property..and they still telling me that they trying they best ..now today Jan 22nd, **** they shut off all of water with no notice and once again can't reach no one and they lied and said it's 24/7 on site maintenance which I never met yet nor heard of them coming out I just called they keep saying they open an work order for me ..but Zim asking what am I to do bout my property and bout not using water ..no toilet to usebthe rest room .. this had me in tears this morning i dont kno what to do
