    Dear *************** February 26,2024, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and anger regarding the gas leak in my apartment. The leak has caused significant damages and put my family, including my two-year-old twins, at risk. I reached out to ********************** and they confirmed there is a leak within the pipes and that the stove needs to be replaced.I am appalled by the lack of prompt action taken by your maintenance team. Despite calls, complaints, and a maintenance request the leak has not been adequately addressed. The negligence and disregard for our safety is unacceptable.The gas leak has not only caused physical discomfort but also emotional distress for my family. My children have been experiencing respiratory problems. The situation has disrupted our daily lives and caused unnecessary stress. Also, my bill $700 due the gas leak in the gas lines.I demand immediate action to rectify the situation. I expect a thorough investigation into the cause of the leak and a comprehensive plan to ensure the safety of all residents. Failure to address this matter promptly and satisfactorily will leave me no choice but to escalate the issue to the appropriate authorities. Sincerely,***********************

    Hello my name is Asiah I lived at Arlington green apartments for 13 months ( October 7th 2022- December 5th 2023 ) I paid $ **** for a 2 bedroom apartment my rent was $820 I gave them a $829 as my deposit . When I gave them their key back on December 6th they told me to wait 45 business days for my deposit I have not received nothing Ive been calling for weeks nobody answering. Im just trying to figure out what is corporates number because Indy ************** green apartments management is terrible and they are very unprofessional .

    Never lived here, but I applied almost a week ago. And paid $100 in admin fees and $50 application fee. I still have yet to receive a update or a decision on my rental application. I've been trying to get in touch with someone for DAYS. No one answers the phone in the office and they do not return phone calls. No one has answered any of my emails.

    Hello I got approved to move in ******** apartments I paid them a $250 dollar holding fee thats from the total of the rent was$1479 and give them my section 8 voucher so they could filled it out not 1 time but 2 and both time they done it wrong I been waiting to move in for almost a year now so i just want my *********************************************************************************************************************** get my $250 back I sleep in my car I need that money back

    They are very poorly ran and it is hard to contact them . I was completely confused about how much it was to move in until the actual move in date . Then the property manager sassed me for asking for more time . I decided I didnt want to move their and They wouldnt return my administrative fee.
