      I currently was making payments on a 2007 ******* tiburon gt v6 that they said there was nothing wrong with it. But after purchasing the vehicle and driving the cars front passenger side wheel area caught on fire due to back break system. I notified them and told them that it needed to be fixed and they put it in the shop 3 different times and it was never fixed it keep catching on fire in the same front area. Had two call fire department twice due two it and us being In Danger of the fire. I recommend No one to get a vehicle off of them they have the ***** too work on cars and they dont want to or they half a** the job to get it out of there way

      Ben, you bought this vehicle like 2 years ago? We repoed it due to non payment a  year and half ago. 

      no fire department was called. Your caliber on the driver side locked up and was smoking. We fixed it for free for you.

      On Dec. 2, 2023 I bought a **** GMC Envoy for $2000 at Reddelman's. A few days after buying the car it wouldn't run but was finally able to get it fixed. I did a carfax report on the car and find that it had been involved in 2 accidents. In one of the accidents the airbag was deployed. The other accident was a rear end collision where rear structural damage occurred. All 4 tires were bald, but unfortunately I was 19 when I bought it and needed a car to drive to college and my work. The car should never have been sold and I believe they took advantage of a girl who knows nothing about cars. They care more about selling their old cars than they do for their customers safety. They assured me nothing was wrong with the car. My Grandfather is the one who noticed the damage to the front of car and the tires. He ran the carfax report.I've read other customer reviews and this place should not be allowed to stay in business. Thank you

      we dont do carfax on any vehicles we buy, however your more then welcome to do a carfax before you purchase. We dont know the history of the vehicles.

      On March of 2023 I bought a vehicle from Redelman's in ************ ******* and thought that was it. Oh boy was I wrong. After 2 45 day tags, they finally sent the paperwork to ****. They call and message my husband but never me. I have sent them several text messages and emails asking them to only contact me. They will not answer my calls. I am the only one on the paperwork not my husband. They still owe me $96.32 for over paying for taxes. I have made a complaint with the ******* Attorney General in June 2023. I want to get the word out that they are NOT good people nor a good business.

      By state law we can only give you one temporary plate per sale. We definitely did not give you two plates. We mailed your title work off to **** with in 31 days from the sale. Where it goes from there is beyond our control. Also they will mail your paperwork back to us, if you dont go in, in a reasonable amount of time. You are no longer paying on this vehicle, so like we requested, please leave the keys inside we will be there soon to pick it up.

      I purchased a 2006 **** F-250 on 4/12/2023 for the amount of $7100. The truck broke down on me on the way home. I had to have it towed. with the tow bill and repairs needed I was out another $956.55. When purchasing a vehicle from a lot you come to expect it to make it home at the very least. I contacted ***** the gentleman that sold the vehicle to me from their ******************, ******* lot and he told me to hit the starter with a hammer. Very unprofessional. Thursday 5/11/2023 I contacted the owner. and got no response. I tried again today 5/13/2023 and was told he works 12 hours a day sorry he forgot. He had no recollection of my purchase and told me to chill. I am seeking the title to the vehicle I purchased and re payment for the tow bill in the amount of $356.00. My temporary tag expires on 5/27/2023 and need the title prior to that date.

      The customer texted me on Thursday, wondering where his title was, I told him I would check, well I forgot to check that day. 

      he texted me again Saturday, I asked him more details trying to find the tracking information, I explained to him I wasnt the secretary, she was off on the weekends. Trying my best to find it. I told him to chill out, give me some time, you will get a title. 

      Sunday, I found the title, messaged him, asked if he wanted ** to mail it. He said yes. 

      Monday, today. It is being mailed out via overnight USPS. 

      we do our best in every situation, it doesnt help if the customer constantly texts and makes threats while we are working with him on the issue at hand. We also dont pay for tows, all vehicles are sold as is.

      I bought a **** **** escape from them. I expressed how scared I was to spend all the money I had as a single mom on it and the receptionist assured me if something went wrong her boss would make it right. Less than 24 hours after I bought it it broke down. I reached out to the owner and she refused to give me her name and refused any help or to make it right. Very unprofessional and rude. I dont even have the title for this car I drove it home tried to drive my kids to get lunch the next day and it wouldnt go. Ive been told the transmission is shot.

      The customer reached out to us about the vehicle not wanting move. We told her to check many different parts, because rarely does a transmission not move in any gear. Most likely the shifter cable came off. We asked her to check it out more before coming to the assumption that the transmission was bad. Just put a little effort into checking it out or have a mechanic look at it for you as I could not come out for a couple of days. She went on ******** bad mouthing us, which we do not appreciate. As always every vehicle is sold as is.

      In the messages provided you can see I checked and had checked every single suggestion you gave. I offered for you to come and look at it and you immediately stopped responding. And im very proud of my post on ******** im trying to save people the trouble of being ripped off like I and so many others were by your business. You also had the nerve to lie to your employees and tell them you offered to come and look at it and you never did. All messages are posted here and on ********. You immediately stopped responding after I told you to come look at it. Unprofessional behavior for a business owner. You made zero attempts to help or make it right. So if you are ashamed with your responses being shown to the world then maybe reevaluate how you address customers and try and make things right with not only me but the dozens of other people who have had similar experiences with this business. This business is scamming multiple people. I will never stop warning people about this business. Disgusting behavior. And if you truly believe you did no wrong you wouldnt be ashamed of having the evidence posted and you certainly would not have lied to your employees about how you handled it and offered to come look at it. I am encouraging every single person to report you that comes to me with there horror stories from this business.

      I purchased a vehicle from redelmans deals on wheels in June and was told if something were to happen with the motor before I paid the car off that the car would be replaced or fixed. I have had an all day conversation with the owner *********************************** nd she basically told me to bad she's not fixing it. And told me she sells the vehicles expecting them to break down. She is refusing to fix the vehicle or give me any restitution to what I have already paid into the car and refusing to send me my title so that I can do anything with the car.

      ****** had the vehicle since June and it broke down in mid February. All vehicles are sold as is and always have been. We cant give you a title to a car if you still owe on it. All vehicles will break down someday, its unreasonable to think they will run forever, we try to explain that to all our customers

      As you can see in the screenshot attachments I have provided ****** Redleman knowingly sells vehicles that are going to break down before they are paid off. After further research I have found out that she is under investigation in at least 3 counties in ******* where she is no longer allowed to sell vehicles because of the same issue. This business should be completely shut down. I have taken this.matter to my attorney as well. He agrees with me after looking over the paperwork from vehicle and seeing the conversation between ****** and I

      I got a vehicle from these people dealer said he did top engine work on it and it ran good that was lie 2nd day it started sputtering and smoking and making loud noise in rear end went to put oil in and oil was everywhere under hood oil just running out asked dealer if he could make it right so he says has another vehicle but it had valve issues why trade one lemon for another Im a mother of one small child another on the way I cant afford all the repairs needed done I took his word it was dependable he just took advantage of me I have pics and texts where he said lmao which means laughing my a** off I dont find this one bit amusing and talking to me like I was stupid not very professional so my mom sent complaint to BBB dealer got complaint and they said I was stuck with what I got because they were mad of complaint against them now rear end is out and it wont go anywhere at this time I had vehicle for 6 days since then weve heard of people having same kind of problems with this place we have reviews of this also how do they get by with selling junk most of vehicles on this lot have issues they are taking advantage of people to make money how would they feel if this was done to them I hope karma hits them hard this is ridiculous they shouldnt be in the business of taking peoples hard earned money I will tell anyone who listens do NOT do business with these cons unless they want yard ornaments because thats what Im stuck with this is so wrong

      We actually traded vehicles. The vehicle we got also needed some work we weren't aware of, not a big deal. We don't know the history of the vehicles we get; we tell you everything that we know. They want their original vehicle back, which we already put some money into when they contacted us, so we don't want to trade back. As she is aware everything is sold as is.

Also that car still runs and it gets you where you need to go. I shouldnt have traded it because now like I said before the Yukon doesnt move it broke down on me and they need to either give back the other car or possibly give cash back in return or give me another vehicle like they originally said they would after i first messaged them and told them about the car messing up. If they didnt plan on actually making things right they shouldve never said they would. I think that since they said they would they should keep their word.

      A few months back they sold my contract to ********************** who I then started paying directly instead of Redelmans. Switched the lienholder on my insurance and continued my weekly payments through **********************. No missed payments. Redelmans apparently did not have their documents in order and came onto my property and towed my car away in the middle of the night. It isn't even their car to repo, even if I was behind, which I am not. Everything they've done is illegal and they laugh about it. Something needs done. This is crazy. If I can get my car back I'm sure it's going to have new issues needing repaired as they towed it while it was in park. Please help me figure out what this business is doing and how they can be stopped.

      We did sell ********************* account to a company called ***** solutions. ********* was paying *****, her name didnt get removed from our computer system, therefore it showed her as late. I personally texted her asking her for payments. Then Saturday I texted her asked if the car was broke down, seeing on the gps it hasnt moved in days. Sunday afternoon I picked up the vehicle using our spare key, it wouldnt start. Sunday a few hours later, she finally responded back to my texts and asked why we took it. Finally, getting some communication from her, we figured out that she was paying *****. At that point I was already at the shop. We fixed the starter on the vehicle for her, however havent heard back from her in a couple of days. We are not sure if she wants it back or whats going on
