Tried to sell my car with my moms ashes in it. Also my handicap tag. Stole my social security and birth certificate. The owner is Bruce D**** not Tadd C****!!!

Very bad experience with this company will never buy another car from them . We bought a Jeep Wrangler made every payment on time and always made more then the original payment, when going to the dealer and paying the Jeep off and got the receipt we was told o we need to pull your Jeep in garage and check it. Yes contract states at buyout they do this but when I read that I was curious as to why and never found one thing in contract that stated why. So a lil after we first got it we took it to a shop to have checked and the guy notice that there was two small devices which was not in contract. (This explained why when purchasing the vehicle they said o we are gonna top off oil and stuff to make sure it’s good, bull crap 3 hours for that ) so we verified in contract well for us and nope was not there so we removed it... And also to this day they state you only need liability insurance, but they told us like two weeks after purchase we have to get full coverage (which we did because my husband has put so much money into a Jeep that was very rough looking ). So at pay off they tried giving me issues with giving me the title once I paid it off until I then told them I will call cops and BBB because they are now withholding my property that is paid in full and no longer their’s . Little do I you know I was giving my title and was on my way after the statement I made.

They are not helping people out that was touched by coronavirus and job layoff.once u tell them that u r having problems paying your payment they repo your car
