I was approached by Allied about putting a metal roof on my house. They offered me 24 months with no payments/ no interest After the roof was completed they then told me it was only 18 months. Then I get a call from ********, the finance company that no its not 18 months, no payment. I then call and speak to ******* who assures me that it is 18 months with no payment. I again reached out to ******** and learned that ******* had lied to me. This was the fourth lie. I was told that Yes the could remount my satellite dish, they could not, 24 months went down to 18 and that I didnt qualify for the 24 months and when I reminded them that I have a credit score of over 800, then they admitted that their salesperson didnt fill out the paperwork correctly. I dont know if its because Im a woman or if they lie to everyone.I think they should be held accountable for their lies. I will tell everyone I know not to use them because how bad will their lies get? They straight up lied to me to get my business and possibly damaged my credit score since I have to pay monthly and I missed the first payment because of there continued lying.
