"The tree in Olive ****** fell down and knocked down the power lines and the power box on my building it happened May 16th this is June 16th brotherhood have done nothing about the damage my tenant who has cancer and her daughter have severe asthma have to leave the building because she need to hook up her breathing machine they refuse to do anything about this tree that fell on our property after complaining about this tree for the past 2 years and telling them exactly what was going to happen if they didn't cut down the tree I've been trying to get them to respond they don't answer the phone they don't return calls and this is a matter that needs to be taken care of it's been a whole month without power in the building and they just giving us the runaround could you please look into this matter so my tenant can return home with her children and stop living from pillar of the post because she don't have anywhere to go and she didn't exalted her rent money staying in hotels they refuse to pay for the hotel although she have receipts they refused to pay for her food that will spoil during the outing I just need help I just need somebody to look into this because this is not making any sense to me it's been a whole month and nothing have been done yet this insurance company is a bunch of c*** I don't know why they collect money because they they do not help or pay out their debts and something really needs to be done about this I'm frustrated angry stressed out and depressed over this matter I just got out the hospital myself in April from a hard procedure so I can't get too upset because I don't want to end up back in the hospital but I need someone to please look into this it's it's of the utmost importance"
